Do all online surveys make you sign up for free trials?

ninekeg2004 asked: I DO NOT want to sign up for 30 or 60 day free trials. Been screwed twice when I tried to cancel and was charged $30 a month for something I NEVER used. I do not want to take a chance of that happening again.
